The Woodwose, or Wildwoman, is one of my favorite mythical creatures, mainly because of the medieval era artist depictions. They are described as forest dwelling, larger than normal humans, with their bodies completely covered in a thick, fur-like coat of hair. They are distinct from the Bigfoot or Yeti which are much more apelike in appearance.
